You walked both sites top to bottom and told us what you thought. Here is every point back in your order, with what changed, what is waiting on you, and the one thing we chose to flag instead of quietly doing.

The two sites now have different shapes
The biggest change in the memos, and the one everything else hangs off.
“I don't think I want to have the four plans straight on the main landing page. I think I want them tucked into the neighborhood pages.”
CO Built
Colorado's home page no longer carries plan cards at all. Clicking “See the plans” on Harvest 47 opens a Harvest 47 page that talks only about Harvest 47: where it is, what makes it different, the Meadow Series, and the personalization. Legacy Park and PrairieStar each have one too.
“I do think this is OK to have everything on a single page and not having to section off neighborhoods, because our only plans are to do Trailhead in Cheyenne.”
WY Built
Wyoming is one page. Trailhead is written out in full where the neighborhood cards used to be, the plans sit directly under it, and there is no neighborhoods index at all. The old /neighborhoods link redirects to the Trailhead section rather than breaking.
“If you click on the Elliot, it'll take you to our floor plan, which shows the configurations we have as well as the three elevation options available.”
Both Built
Every plan now has its own page: the elevation, the floor plan sheets, what is structurally different about that plan, and the three elevation choices. The Elliot's sheets are live; the rest open a labelled placeholder until the drawings arrive.
“Once again at the top, I think I'd like the logo to be larger.”
Both Built
The lockup is about 55% larger on both sites and the header bar grew with it, so it reads as the first thing on the page rather than a mark tucked in a corner.
Colorado: what we got wrong, and fixed
“My dad is the architect and he lives up in Red Feather Lakes, so “an architect who lives here” is not entirely accurate. You could say an architect-owned home builder rooted in Berthoud.”
CO Built
That is now the line, word for word. And “built by trades you'll run into at the grocery store” became “partners,” which is your word — trades did read a little cold.
“The cottage plans come back to the neighborhood, Legacy Park in Berthoud, next year.”
CO Built
We had the cottages returning to the back lots at Harvest 47, which was our reading of the August meeting. Corrected: Legacy Park is now its own neighborhood in Berthoud with the whole cottage collection assigned to it, and the neighborhoods run in your order — Harvest 47, then Legacy Park, then PrairieStar last.
“Mission Homes was founded in 2018 by David and Stephanie Gregg. Instead of having me as a separate icon, just say David, Stephanie and DJ Gregg as the first one, then Gary Maggi with RE/MAX Town & Country, then Berthoud Builders, close to 40 years.”
CO Built
Three entries, in that order, with Stephanie added. The line about Berthoud Builders having built the office you work out of is gone.
“I don't think we need to repeat the 25% of profits given back right there.”
CO Built
The Colorado stat row is now three: 2018 founded in Berthoud, 10 lots upcoming at Harvest 47, and 88 homes built in Berthoud at PrairieStar. The 25% is still the largest thing on the hero directly above it.
The Meadow Series, named
“The Sunflower is our plan one — a very functional layout with lots of options for configuration. The Columbine converts some of the back of the house into a mud room, laundry, entry area, and has a nice wrap-around rear porch. The Kinnikinnick adds a sunroom to the back and an extended rear porch.”
CO Built
All three are on the Harvest 47 page with your descriptions, at 1,536, 1,600 and 1,664 square feet, three bedroom, two bath, ranch. Each has its own page with the configuration list you dictated. Elevations dropped from four to three, per the memo.
“Personalization is going to be a really big deal with all these plans. We will be able to work with Atlas Flooring Design Center — buyers pick from a very wide variety of interior design options.”
CO Built
It has its own block on the Harvest 47 page, and step two of “From hello to home” on that page now names the Atlas Flooring Design Center specifically instead of saying “finishes.” The generic wording stays everywhere else.
“For now we can say the Meadow Series is from the mid 500s, and we don't want to disclose where we are on pricing for Legacy Park.”
CO Built
Pricing moved off the plan and onto the neighborhood everywhere on the site. Harvest 47 reads from the mid $500s and it is said once, not three times. Legacy Park says pricing to be announced and carries no number at all.
“Right now our only plans are for the Elliot, Livingstone and Taylor, and there is a new plan called the Audrey. We can eliminate the Saint for now.”
Both Built
The Saint is off both public sites. The Audrey is on both as a coming-soon plan with its own page, described as the larger plan, three bedrooms standard with an option for a fourth. The Saint stays in the internal pricing catalog so nothing in the tool breaks.
Wyoming: Trailhead, and only Trailhead
“Going forward we can just eliminate any mention of Saddle Ridge. We're not continuing to build there. We just have our one spec that we're selling in the traditional way.”
WY Built
Saddle Ridge is off the Wyoming site, and The Ross went with it. The two Wilderness Trail listings came off the Available Homes section, which now has nothing in it and does not render. The neighborhood and the plan both stay in the back office if you ever want them back.
“That's at the corner of Story and Converse in northern Cheyenne. It's a really prime location — quick access to downtown Cheyenne, the mall, plenty of parks. There is the school right there.”
WY Built
That is the Trailhead section, in your words, with the cross streets called out and the four things nearby listed. All of that text is editable from the back office, so you can refine it without coming back to us.
“We're going to have a grand opening ribbon cutting celebration on September 24th. I'd like that somewhere in the Trailhead section near the top. That'll be at 4pm.”
WY Built
It is a banner high in the Trailhead section, in the announcement strip across the very top of every Wyoming page, and in the FAQ. It reads Wednesday September 24 at 4:00pm, corner of Converse and Story, with a line saying a more specific address follows closer to the date.
“We're going to say those are from 928 square feet to 1,792 square feet. 2 to 3 bedrooms, 2 to 4 bathrooms.”
WY Built
Every drawn plan carries that range — the Elliot, the Livingstone and the Taylor all read 928 to 1,792 sq ft, and each plan page says plainly that the exact figure for that plan comes with its floor plan. We would rather show the honest range than invent three numbers you did not give us. Send the sheets and the ranges become real figures. The Audrey carries nothing, because it is larger than that range and still being drawn.
“In our cottages we can say from the low 300s. The Taylor is going to be from the mid 300s.”
WY Built
The Elliot and the Livingstone read from the low $300s, the Taylor from the mid $300s, and the price is also stated prominently near the top of the hero, which is where you asked for it.
“We're partnered with RE/MAX Capital Properties in Cheyenne, and give a little bio on them, Steve Prescott being our agent.”
WY Built
The “who builds it” section is deleted from the Wyoming site, exactly as you said, and replaced with the RE/MAX Capital Properties partnership: a short bio, Steve Prescott named as managing broker, his number, and the Equal Housing mark. Every phone number on the Wyoming site is now (307) 635-0303 and every reference to Gary is gone.
“Let's just say Mission Homes builds your home and ignore Berthoud Builders and the Kouns family for the messaging on here.”
WY Built
Neither name appears anywhere on the Wyoming site. Step three of “From hello to home” now reads “Mission Homes builds your home to your exact selections.” Colorado still names Berthoud Builders, because that is where they build.
“Attainable, architect-drawn homes — architect-drawn is said there and again a little below. That's a given, so not a great phrase. Attainable, thoughtfully designed homes is always good.”
WY Built
The tagline is now “Attainable, thoughtfully designed homes in Cheyenne,” and we went through the rest of the Wyoming page and pulled the repeat out of the footer too.
“Our founder is the architect and every home is drawn before it's priced — I don't really love that. Something more about custom quality and oversight, attention to detail, energy efficiency, built to last. Above code construction is great to say though.”
WY Built
Master craftsmanship now reads: custom-level quality with real oversight on every home, attention to detail in the finish work, an efficient envelope that keeps its heat, materials chosen to last — and above code, not to it, which we kept because you like it.
“There was a lot of bad information in that press release, so we'll just ignore it.”
WY Built
Nothing from it went on the site. The Wyoming Tribune Eagle piece we had linked previously also came off, since it carries the same 122-homes framing. News on Wyoming is drafts only until there is real coverage.
Giving, reviews, gallery, and the rest
“There should be a button for learn more there, and that can bring you to a charitable partners specific page. We call them the MVPs. Partners to be named for the 2026 giving cycle, and below that past MVPs listed.”
CO Built
Built, on Colorado only — you said Cheyenne is a new presence, so the Wyoming site has the banner but no link to a past-partner page. You pointed us at your current charitable partners page, so we pulled from it: all seven of the most recent cycle and all six from the Hall of Fame are listed with their links, and the giving team is there with the verse each of them chose. Logos still to come. We left the bios blank on purpose — the ones on your site describe real people and their jobs, and you said you would ask the team whether they want to refresh them first.
“I don't know that I have any real testimonials and I'm not interested in putting fake ones on there, but I would love to keep the functionality in place for when we have closings coming up.”
CO Built
The three reviews we had written as placeholders are deleted. The Reviews library and the homepage section are both still there and both empty — add a real one, tick “feature,” publish, and the section appears.
“Any of the ones that are staged with furniture, I don't want to have there. I feel like they're a little cleaner without the personal furniture.”
CO Built
The Tallgrass interior set is the staged one — the coat hooks, the handbag by the door — and every one of those photos is off both sites. Exteriors from the same shoot stayed, since there is no furniture in them. Interiors now come from the unstaged homes.
“Go ahead and grab some of the press coverage from our current website, which will be under the news and resources page, and put it in there.”
CO Built
Nine pieces are on the news page now, pulled from your current site and every link checked: the Denver Post, No. Co Style, the Berthoud Surveyor, two from the Reporter-Herald, City Lifestyle, Fort Collins Rescue Mission, and the two launch-era videos. One item on that page — a 2018 BizWest piece — is listed there pointing at another article's URL, so we left it out rather than publish a link that goes somewhere wrong. Send us the right link and it goes straight in.
“It'd be pretty great to have a more extensive selection of photos, specifically for our cottages. I'll send you a Dropbox link for all the pictures we have.”
Both Need from you
Both sites now have a full gallery page, filterable by where you are in the house, with the home page keeping a short walk and linking through. Send the Dropbox package and it fills up — the page is built to absorb it.
“Let's talk more about what it looks like to have in-house marketing and not go through Mailchimp.”
CO Your call
Our recommendation is unchanged: move to Resend. Cheaper at your list size, and it is the same service that sends buyer and transactional email in the full build, so capture and outbound run on one system. Worth twenty minutes on a call rather than a paragraph here.
“I liked it when it was a scrolling banner. I think that was pretty cool.”
Both Built
It scrolls again, on both sites. We had pulled it along with every other moving element, so this is now the one thing on either site that moves without you — which is the point, since it draws the eye to the giving. It pauses the second you hover so you can read a name, and it goes still for anyone whose device asks for reduced motion.
“I'm really curious about playing around in the back end of this website. I want to know what ability I have to add images, edit things, evolve the website.”
WY Built
Go and poke at it. Words & banners holds the hero lines, mission statement, pillars and announcement bars for both sites. Neighborhoods holds the Trailhead write-up, status and price band. Libraries cover team, listed homes, reviews, FAQs, partners, MVPs, giving team, and news. Everything stages as a draft and nothing is live until you press Publish.
“I would love to have a map that shows what that looks like, and I might need to have something drawn.”
Both Need from you
Both neighborhood location panels have a labelled slot for the drawn map, next to the cross streets and what is nearby. We are not generating a fake site plan — send the plat or the site plan and it goes in as a real one. Same for the Trailhead drone footage when you get it shot.
What we need from you
01The floor plans and elevations for the Elliot, Livingstone and Taylor — you said next week. They drop onto the plan pages as-is.
02Per-plan square footage for the cottages. Every card is carrying your 928 to 1,792 collection range until we have the real figure for each plan.
03The Meadow Series renderings and elevation art. Three plans, three elevations, and every card is waiting on them.
04Logos for the MVPs, and photos for the giving team. We have the names, the links and the verses off your current site; the artwork is the missing half.
05Do the giving team want their bios carried across as they are, or refreshed? We left them blank rather than paraphrase what your site says about them.
06The Legacy Park release date and price band, whenever you set it.
07Steve Prescott's direct email. We have his brokerage and the (307) 635-0303 number; the card currently falls back to your address for email.
08Blog posts: we have four outlines drafted on each site. Tell us which to write first.
09The FAQs — you said you had not looked at them yet. They are all editable in the back office when you do.
